Hi I know this thread is old but ran into this now. I gave up trying to get Magic Jack to work. Honestly Magic Jack just doesn't care to resolve and since they don't even have caller ID I was ready to leave them.

Ooma is compatible. I was slightly annoyed at the requirement to get the $9.99 plan but the free plan charges $40 to port, so since the device will be free I was ok with it.
