Then my promotion was denied and upon calling it was escalated. Had to sit on the phone for nearly 40 mins. The customer service person transferred me to an accounts care person I think she said it was who told me I did everything right and do qualify for the promotion. Said I should get the email with the code within the next week and that she will call me to make sure I received it. Let's see what happens.
Same thing they have mentioned to me but nothing has happened even after more than a week. They were transferring to different departments and at the end they confirmed that it will not be given.
