Connecting T-Mobile home internet and my wifi mesh mesh network

Same issue. Almost 400mbps from the T-Mob gateway and only getting 40mbps when connected to Linksys Mesh Router
Disabled the DHCP server on the Linksys and I get the same speed on both.
