Old T-Mobile Internet App works, New T-Life app Doesn't

I also have the same issue, luckily I didn't delete the internet app.  The T-Mobile Life app always shows that there is a problem with the server, but doesn't say what the problem is, just tap to retry and you are right back where you started.  Why couldn't they leave a working web interface?  With the web interface you can use a real keyboard and see more on the screen.  The Nokia boxes didn't last that long, but at least you could change a few things and have a real web interface..  And why can't you change your local IP ranges and DNS for DHCP?  Some of us have devices that need static address, such as a NAS and with DHCP having the entire range, the NAS device's address could get stepped on.  The people making these decisions obviously are not network people.
