I think Tmobile are confused themselves on who is responsible for what, after the merge with Sprint. Their customer service USED to be on point and now its just crap. They either put you on hold or tell you they'll call back after they talk to a Tech and I'm like thinking i was already talking to a Tech. Its whatever now!
