SIM003 error on new 5g gateway
First time trying T-mobile. Got the 5g Home Internet gateway (White rectangle unit) and it has been constantly restarting every 10-20 minutes and throwing a SIM003 error. Not a good way to start our relationship, at all.
Is this a common problem or did I get a POS unit or SIM?

I'm getting the same problem today with a 5G Home Internet gateway (white one) that I have had right at 2 months. Wondering what the issue is.
