WPA key
If the device's network adapter is older and only supports WPA authentication type you need to add that type to the frequency which it can and will try to connect upon. The gateways seem to be configured to have WPA2/WPA3 authentication type for improved security. Older devices may only use WPA authentication type. If your search for the wireless network reports the network name (SSID) you need to connect to and that network does not have WPA authentication type you need to login to the gateway administrative interface and make sure WPA is available. If the configured authentication type is WPA2/WPA3 and no WPA then change it to WPA/WPA2 then save that change and try connecting the client again. If that is not working more information is needed to determine what that network adapter is capable of to provide more suggestions.
