Botswana cell converage
I'm a U.S. resident living in Botswana for the year. I have International roaming and up until Juky 14th, everything was working perfectly and then on that day, lost coverage and it has not returned. been on phone with T-mobile almost daily and they can't seem to fix. I believe it has something to do with their partner here (Orange) which may in fact not be a partner anymore. ???????
T-Mobile services are not intended for those living abroad. Extended roaming can get your account terminated. The majority of your usage must be on the T-Mobile USA network.

Try giving Customer Care a call at 611 from your device to be put in touch with roaming support. If that doesn't work, send a DM to T-Mobile on Facebook or Twitter for further help.
