Hi!
I have my T-mobile line. This summer I am visiting Türkiye but unfortunately my line's cellular doesn't work. How can I fix it? Thanks
Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer of T-Mobile USA? Is your device compatible with the doing partner's network? Is roaming enabled on your device? Is international going enabled on your account? Prepaid roaming is incredibly hit and miss when traveling overseas.
International roaming is open and my plan is magenta max. Last year I was able to use it but this year I have problem with it and the customer service couldn't solve it.
What device are you using?
I am using apple iphone 14
Carriers there support bands 1, 3, 7, and 8. These are not common on US devices. Your device should support those. There just might not be service available where you are.
