International Data Pass not working when re-purchased

Hi, have you contacted customer service? Were you able to get any support? I am having the same issue in the UAE.
We're also having that same issue. I talked with Customer Service yesterday and was told that the FCC limits international service to 90 days. We just hit that 90-day mark and both of our phones are having the same issue. My husband's phone is the one with the international data pass, and each time we've renewed it, we seem to have the same issue you mentioned (as if the data pass wasn't set up). This time, we were told about the 90-day limit. I can't find anything on the internet about a 90-day limit for international calls. We have 6 months before we'll be back in the US, and now our phones can't receive calls from the US. Shouldn't the 90-day limit, if it's accurate info, be included somewhere in the info for the data pass?
