International Roaming in UK doesn't work at all!§
Hi - nothing has worked - not phone calls, not text, and not data - since arrival five days ago. I can't reach anyone at T Mobile customer service. Grateful for any help!
Bought an international 30-day pass for use in UK. Samsung S22. Not able to register with any of the existing networks in the UK whatsoever (even with very strong signal) including EE, Vodaphone-UK, O2-UK etc. Had to call in T-mobile customer service and cancelled the add-on. It seems I can't rely on the roaming plan offered by T-Mobile, not even in the UK. If it were middle of Sahara then lack of access would make some sense, but in the UK and in London? this is borderline bizarre...
