International Roaming Setting

I checked the T-Mobile Profile for each line. There is a setting for:
Bloqueo de roaming internacional con cargo ACTIVADO
y
Bloqueo de roaming internacional (incluido roaming internacional con cargo) DESACTIVADO
Since our plan includes International in 215 countries, I am assuming the setting should be as above.
