Need a Phone in Philippines

I need to open an account in the United States. I have my home address in the United States but need the phone shipped to me in the Philippines where I am working for an Illinois based company. How do I make this work?

    You would need someone in the US to send it to you.  No US carrier isn't going to ship overseas due to potential fraud and liability.

    T-Mobile does not ship devices and SIM cards internationally.
