No cell service in Naples, Italy

Hi - we are currently traveling in Europe.  We just came from France to Naples Italy.  Both our phones have the international pass on them.  Neither phone can connect to a network in Naples.  I spent about 40 minutes last nights with customer service who was unable to resolve the problem and it was too late to continue the call.  HEre I am again, today, trying to get customer service help, through the chat function but no one is coming on to the chat.  I can't call TMobil because I don't have service.  THe only thing that works on my phone is Whatsapp.  Extremely frustrating.

If anyone else has expereinced connection problems overseas and can offer help, we’d greatly appreciate it.

If you can get Wifi (somewhere in Naples) you can probably make a call to CS.

Also, did you use service in France ? (Trying to validate if you had service in other countries for roaming settings).  T-Mobile shuts down midnight to 4 am everyday (doesn't make them a very good business carrier).

I’ve used service in Rome and Venice (standard T-Mobile One plan) and had no issues, outside of being slow (freebie roaming - effectively not much better than 2G for data).

We are having the same issue in Naples.  We are here for 2 weeks and purchased the international add-on.  The system does not find a network and wifi calling doesn't work.  We get a DNS error  ER041.

In the setup menu, the Calls & SMS section show as "T-Mobile (Temporarily unavailable).  Have had success using WhatsApp, too.  However, we have no way to contact T-mobile support.  They don't seem to have an online chat function and none the the support lines work (Including the 505#) because the system can't find a network.  We paid extra for this service and have no way to contact T-mobile.   We may have to borrow someone else's phone to try….but that's ridiculous.
