Unlock Sim
My husband is traveling and T-Mobile will not unlock his sim as he is still under contract and inspire of several calls and requests, they won't do it :( I have been a T-Mobile customer for 18 yrs an...
I tried for temp unlock too, they won't do it :( I have a payment of only $200 which I am ready to pay off but they won't agree as its a 2 yr contract and the $200 is only if its spread over 2 yrs. If not the promotions and trade in are void :( I can understand how they feel insecure but I have 5 other lines and they debit my bank directly every month and we are all here, so I tried to explain but they just won't budge :( Wish I could talk to someone higher up the ropes so they can try to help. If not we will have to buy a new phone and waste this one as he can't use this outside the country :(
