Roaming not working anymore in France

I am in France and i cannot access to Data/Voice anymore. I have a OnePlan plan. it was working at the beginning of the week.

I know that with my plan the bandwidth is slower when in international, but right now, it does not connect at all.

Do you have any idea? Is there a usage cap?
