Short messages from abroad
I need to receive short code messages from a bank in Portugal and I never seem to receive them. The Portuguese bank reassures me the provider has received these messages but are not passing it onto me. What's going on? This will cause my departure from Tmobiole. If one cannot receive international short code messages from other countries in the age of telenomadism, I am definitely in need of better service.
Most financial institutions do not allow shortcodes to be sent to international numbers as a method of fraud prevention. This has absolutely nothing to do with T-Mobile.
I would find a way to test if other US carriers can receive these texts before making any judgements about T-Mobile.
