Texting from the US to a US number in France
How do i text from the US to a US phone number that is in France?
My US friend is in France for a visit and texted me from their US T mobile number. When I simply replied from my US T Mobile number, I do not think it was received by my friend who would normally respond.
How do I send a text to the US number that is being used in France?

It's the same as if they were in the US. I US number does not change when roaming internationally. Calls and texts still go to the number while roaming, if they are connected to a roaming partner or WiFi Calling. If the person roaming has billable messages turned off, they might not receive the messages while roaming, if their plan does not include texting where they are traveling. They might also need to make sure roaming is enabled on their device as well.
