I need a "bluetooth app"

I need a "bluetooth app" on my T-mobile flip phone, so I can pick up my packages at an Amazon "hub".  Is there some way I can get such an app on my T-mobile "flip phone".  It has bluetooth capability.  But I'm not sure if I can add an "app" to it.
