samsung active fit it
next thing i have the active 1 to the 5 pro every time i get a new phone or change my phone the app makes me reset my active by factory reset. i have to reinstall everything they have no back up at all does not work.
i had t mobile for 7 years i can never order or add or change anything online website or app i called in so many times to fix that.. sucks . fix the thing already . why i have to call and wait 30mins or more just buy something. Verizon here i come
