ScanSnap iX500 Won't connect to wifi

My ScanSnap iX500 worked well on wifi when I had Cox Internet. I recently switched over to TMobile and no go. I've tried everything...including removing and reloading the software...and setting up a second 2.4G Network using WPA2. I know the scanner works since it will scan without a problem when it's connected via USB. But as I mentioned, with wifi...no go. Open to suggestions.
