Secondary WiFi network not seen by devices

T-mobile device:

NOK 5G21 GATEWAY GRY CP0

It has the standard 5/2.4 default network, but this network does not work with our roomba. So I created a 2.4 network for it to connect to;however, this new network is not visible on any device we have.

I have played with the settings, changing it to 5/2.4, 5 neither worked. I changed other things and nothing has gotten it to be visible. I have restarted the gateway many times and reset our devices, but nothing has worked.
