Want to see about getting the watches that are on my plan taken off since we don't use them
Hello this is TaraJean McCabe,
I had noticed that I was being charge for the wireless devices, (the watches). We were told that we wouldn't be charged for them and that we could be getting paid for them for about $7.00 a month and was told that wouldn't ever change but it has changed. I am being charged $20 a month for them when we don't even use them at all. I would like to either get that fixed or have it removed of the account since we don't use the watches.
This is basically a user to user forum with some Tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to call Tmobile support or use messenger on one of T-Mobile’s social media platforms.
