non return fee urgent help!
Hello community I need urgent help I don't know what to do anymore I returned a device back in March 9 with the shipping label they provided and shipped it through upa the tracking number says it was delivered to them but they said warehouse never received it I've been they opened an investigation and for 4 months they kept saying it was getting investigated everything I spoke to someone they promised a call back and nothing finally after 15 phone calls later speaking to multiple agent they just got back to me saying they can't do anything about it and are saying it's a valid charge since they didn't receive the device but ups says delivered I saw multiple chats with the same issue can someone help?

Im going through the same excat issue as you im trying to figure out the same problem please help me if you get any information and i will reach out to right now my phone is off at the moment because of the charge they are trying to charge me i offer to pay them half down and they still wont work with me.
