Tried to add promotions. they are now expired. who can i talk to to add them?
I have Business Unlimited Advanced. I got an email for a free upgrade to Business Unlimited Ultimate. I try to get it over the phone and at a corporate store. Neither of them do it or do it properly....
Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
