$200 Rebate Home Internet Virtual Card Won't Activate

I signed up for T-Mobile Home Internet and applied for the $200 virtual card through their promotions center. I recently received the email link to apply and activate the card, however when I try to enter my mobile number or gateway number, an error message pops up and states "We are not able to validate the information provided. Vuelve a intentarlo".
I'm not sure what other mobile phone number I need to enter or if there is a known issue but trying to figure out how to activate this virtual card. Has anyone else gone through a similar issue with this error message?
It should be the phone number of your home internet line. If that's not working I would contact Tmobile customer support to sort this out.
Thank you for all the responses to my question. It appears the Internet has a different phone number. Attached to it versus the cell phone number It was asking for. I got my visa rebate, so thank you all :)
