Does T-Mobile give compensation when the tower that you use is out of service for almost four days?
Understood but they obviously were not prepared
for this as they told one person that they had to wait for a piece to repair it. And if this was scheduled, it would have been nice for them to have informed their customers that would be affected - it is called being proactive
