MR1100-100NAS Static IP?

I have a T-Mobile pre-paid plan that works great for this device. I've looked and looked and see some talking about static IPs but no one has posted if it's available for pre-paid plans. I was on with T-Mobile tech-support for an hour and the two people I talked to have no idea what a static IP is so they could not help me. So here I am, if anyone has the answer on this. ¡Gracias!
