price when mixing 5 prepaid plans?

We have a total of five lines on Verizon post paid. Previously have used AT&t post paid. T-Mobile is finally available in my area, I'm doing a trial on a 12 gig prepaid connect plan.  

It looks like prepaid has a 10 gig and two different unlimited options that can be mixed?

But I don't find any online calculator to estimate how much it would cost. (The only estimator tool shows four lines all on the same plan)

We would probably do three lines on the 10 gig, 2 on the lower unlimited.  

I understand these plans would be QCI 6.  Currently AT&t and Verizon consumer plans are QCI 7 or 8 which stink.
