Why do they get away with so many lies and dishonesty
I have lost count on how many ways, Tmobile has lied, decieved and stolen money from me. I am not alone on this matter and hope to find a class action lawsuit against Tmobile.
All of the issues are journaled and it is time to go to court.
Another question, you constantly hear that the call is being recorded for training purposes. Is this to teach employees how to decieve the customer? I have asked since the calls are recorded, why can't we listen the recordings of what Tmobile said to me. As usual, Tmobile cannot access the calls.
The out on the recording is it says it may be recorded for training yadayada. The may is an out. It may be recorded it may not.
Unless you're the main plaintiff on the class action you won't get squat you're better off taking them to arbitration like it's states in Tmobile’s term and conditions.

I do not consider myself a T-Mobile customer I consider myself a T-Mobile prisoner I am under this 55 and older plan that is nothing but another way for T-Mobile to Rob now old folks and those of us on fixed living and single grandparents like myself.
I have filed a complaint in small claims court here in Arkansas you can collect up to five grand from scummy corporations that rip off people while doing some basic investigation I found out T-Mobile has entered into a federal plea agreement for the exact same things that I'm alleging now after they've entered into the plea agreement I am planning on notifying the federal judge that they are continuing their criminal Enterprise this is called a CCE in federal court their plea agreement should be revoked and they should be held fully accountable for each and every charge hopefully someday we can get rid of these large corporations that are ruining our country with their bot and paid for political scum like the Democrats and the Republicans I hope I live long enough to see the end of T-Mobile as they lied to obtain my 5G contract and I'm lucky to get three bars they've been robbing me for a year I'm done I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau T-Mobile is known there well and they do not have a very good rating at all because they are a ripoff company good riddance goodbye and you will never get another dime of my money
I just read T-Mobile's arbitrary agreement I got to the first page and seen how many pages of crap there was please people file in your individual towns file and small claims court here in Arkansas we can get up to $5,000 do you realize if a couple thousand people filed complaints in the same year in all the states in all the small claims courts T-Mobile would no longer exist one more greedy rip-off Corporation robbing our country and our fellow countrymen out of the way we've only got a couple thousand more and us Americans might get our country back and the might of CEOs vice presidents and the scum that runs the corporations in America into the ground
