Apple TV+ Issues
I have a Magenta Max55 plan which offers Apple TV+ as a free subscription. I activated this and downloaded the app on my LG TV. I used the 6 digit code to access Apple TV and got into the programming. However, the menu says Apple TV+ Free for 7 days and then $6.99/month after that. It's supposed to be free. Do I need to call TMobile? Apple? Help!

T-Mobile pays for Apple TV +. You need a 4 digit code to access it. Tmobile texts its to your phone number. The problem is that it is a short code. I can not get the code. Short codes are not blocked on my account. I can't get help from the mobile. Any one have the 4 digit code

I called about 4 months ago with the same apple tv issue. Was told it's only for 1 year. I mentioned nowhere on the website does it say only 1 year. Some other tv perks do, but not Apple tv.
T mobile was supposed to call me back. I heard nothing, and the perks still list apple tv with no time restrictions mentioned.
