No discount for Netflix?

I'm paying $15.49 for Netflix Standard with T-Mobile. Netflix offers its Standard for $15.49. Why am I not getting any benefit / discount from T-Mobile for Netflix? T-Mobile states that Standard is a $20.50 value, but that doesn't seem to be right. (I am ONE Plan Military).
