Apple TV+ Issues
I have a Magenta Max55 plan which offers Apple TV+ as a free subscription. I activated this and downloaded the app on my LG TV. I used the 6 digit code to access Apple TV and got into the programming...
I called about 4 months ago with the same apple tv issue. Was told it's only for 1 year. I mentioned nowhere on the website does it say only 1 year. Some other tv perks do, but not Apple tv.
T mobile was supposed to call me back. I heard nothing, and the perks still list apple tv with no time restrictions mentioned.
