Sync up drive not reporting trips

We most definitely need to find a more permanent fix rather than you constantly unplugging the device. For each of the three issues you listed, a ticket needs to be filed with our SyncUp team. You mentioned you already spoke with Tech Support but have you worked with the SyncUp team directly? If not, I recommend calling in at 611 and speaking with Tech Support who will need to transfer you to our SyncUp team to have three separate tickets filed with our Engineers. We usually don't see this many issues pop-up at once so I'm not exactly sure what's going on.
When I open app it shows my car at my house but we are about 5 miles away from our home. It does not show exact location for our device. I have 2 devices one shows exact location the other does not
