T-Life works very poorly replacing the syncup app
Ever since the service switched from syncup to TLife, live tracking does not work. Both my wife and I try multiple times and it just keeps failing to connect. Additionally, the watch goes from 58% battery to dead without warning. The purpose is to be able to see where my child is, and its failing miserably. What is being done to improve the way the app & watch works?

I have similar issues with tye app. I called in and was told the app is fine and "improved " but to use it i have to clear the data daily and the tracking, if I get it to load, doesn't work well. Really need to bring back the old SyncUP KIDS app but seems TMO doesn't listen to their customers. I've been looking at alternatives to the SyncUP watch due to it now working

I have been having the same issue/complaint. I even contacted T-Mobile customer service where they kept repeating that "T-Life will work just fine".... But it never does. T-Life is a half-baked app with next to no functionality. Hell, even the T-Mobile Tuesdays offers never load anymore, not to mention they became awful anyway, but that's beside the point. T-Mobile used to impress me, but more and more they are becoming the same kind of greedy corporation trying to consolidate everything into one app, and they've sucked at it. They're stripping away everything good about this company and becoming another AT&T or Verizon. Money over consumers!
Clearly, I'm disappointed. LOL Rant over. Does anyone know if they'll give a refund since what was promised (SyncUp Kids) doesn't exist anymore?
