SyncUP Trackers DANGEROUS!!!
Recently we were "sold" three SyncUP trackers. The battery lasted 5 days, so I went to return them. T-Mobile sent a UPS return form with LARGE RED letters - do not put this product on a passenger air...
Well, the correct government agency would be the FAA.

Don't get your hopes up. Not sure what they would do that would help you. They might attempt to get T-mobile to stop selling their trackers. Again, don't get your hopes up.
