Hotspot 5G de T-Mobile

Has anyone experienced an issue with the T-Mobile 5G hotspot saying "wifi radio disabled" ? If so has any found a solution or have an answer on what to do. The device was swapped out and still having same issue. 

  • Yes!!!!!   And on top of that, it started long ago but ran into the weekend to where I had to deal with another country and people that did not know nothing about it and didn’t know what they were doing at all!!

    I was off the Internet locked out for days!!
    They told me my device was no good and my warranty was out so I was totally out of luck with T-Mobile and it was a T-Mobileonly device!!!, that I paid for!!!

    My other device I purchased through them is a MiFi device it works fine since it’s easy to transfer over to AT&T.
    I'm also having trouble getting the unlocked codes to both of them I paid them off which they financed like 20 or $30 just so I'd pay a dollar something a month for a contract so I paid the $11 I owed on both of them completely off and  they still wouldn't give me the unlock codes they are telling me there is no unlock code for the 5G which I seen in the advanced menu. There is a place for an unlock code!!!

    After several troubleshooting tickets after several different-advanced technical support people and several American people it took two days after the weekend for the Americans to get back and evidently get the 5G online but I was told it was no good and the warranty was no good so I said why am I paying for the service? I discontinued the service with them but now all the sudden I walk into T-Mobile store because I had a doctor appointment 75 miles away and I look at it at the T-Mobile Sales (where they tried to send me before) and me and the guy sees that it's working, but the radio signal is still off now I'm trying to figure out how to get back into the radio signal and turn it back on

    I am so frustrated with all of this. I don't know why they even send you to other countries for stuff like this because most of them just pretend like they can work on stuff and you have to explain it to them, and then I get irritated because they don't understand and they talk to just be talking and act like you are the dummy!!

    Don't let them do that to you!!!!, this is a real problem that needs “Advanced”-“Advanced”  Technology!!!!

    Don't let them treat you like a dummy!!

    They are now doing it to me about the unlocked codes on both of them which I have applied for several times and waited the 74 hours several times for them!!!

    Thank you for letting me release my anger on here.🤣😂🤣
