tracker keeps saying onboarding
Sync up tracker won't do anything but say onboarding. Had for three weeks and this is all it does.
Oh, that's rough. There's a couple things you can try. I'd make sure that your SIM matches the one we have on file. You could also try toggling the device by unpairing then pairing it again. If you try a soft reset and the issue continues, contact our Tech Care team so they can file a Trouble Ticket for you and get this resolved.
