accessing my T-Mobile account without using the old number
Hello my name is D'andre Dempsey, appointment with you all and trying to access my account online it was telling me to verify the number that I had with so I don't have to phone anymore to get the medication how can I get into my account without using that option
All verification goes to the phone now, a while back you could verify by email but that option is gone.
You're going to need to call Tmobile support or use messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help.
