Costco $75 gift Card
I ordered my phones in Mid December 2023, and I have not received the 4 Costco gift cards that are part of the promotion. They assured me in January that I would get them, but when I called T-Mobile...
Not only have we not received the $75 cards for the two phones we upgraded 2 ½ months ago, the customer service rep helping me when I dialed 611 from my phone has never even heard of this promotion. Does the card come in the mail? By email? Should I be looking in spam every week? I have no idea what to expect and neither does the service rep trying to assist me.
