How to close SIM Protection in website
When I try to transfer my esim to my new phone. I can not continue, customer told me to close SIM Protection, I try to visit T-Mobile website, because I use a prepaid account I can't use application....
Some devices have the ability to transfer an eSIM to another device though their software. Samsung as an example, through SmartSwitch. Have you tried transferring your eSIM from the old device to the new one through a USB-C to USB-C cable to connect the old device to the new one?
