"Payment still declined"
When I try to pay for spotify on google play it said for me to verify my account then it said "payment still declined" what do I do?

What method of payment are you trying to use? If you are trying to bill your purchase to your T-Mobile account. You need to make sure this is enabled on your account. Give Customer Care a call or reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter to see if this is an option for your service.
