Adding Home Internet to my T-Mobile ID with a voice line?

Did you already sign up for T-Mobile Home Internet? The gateway perhaps doesn't get assigned to your account until after you receive and activate it.
You can get Home Internet while in your account by clicking the link under “I want to ...”, which will guide you in obtaining Home Internet to your account.
Perhaps calling T-Mobile at 1-844-839-5057 between 4AM and 12AM PT, can get your gateway assigned to your account if it doesn’t after activation.
