Anyboday that has t-mobile Home internet, have slow download speed slow but fast upload speed?

Just because there is a tower near you doesn't mean that's the T-Mobile tower you're connected to. I know it sounds too basic, but have you tried simply restarting the gateway to see if it will log on to another tower from the one you're on?
I'd also call Support with the tower number and let them tell you what tower you're connecting to and if there is an issue with it. Use the phone app and at the bottom of the screen, tap on More/Advanced Cellular Metrics. At the bottom of that list is a CGI (Cell Global Identity) number that will give you the exact tower you're connecting to with your gateway.
