@CheOne, slow speeds can be caused by various factors. I suggest starting with the device RSRP, RSRQ, and SINR, as well as metrics. Please provide which band is displayed (usually n41 or n71).
My 5G are:
RSRQ -11
RSRP -74
SINR 40
Band n41
The [positioning of your TM gateway is very important to signal strength and download/upload speeds. You can view your device metrics on your T-Mobile Internet app (or T-life app) and go to More > Advanced metrics.
