@Rikus86, if your metrics are inline, then I would call customer support. It may be a regional issue or TM is working on a tower in your area. If you call, let us know what they say.
@CheOne thank you. With you numbers you should have much faster access speeds. My only suggestion would be to reboot your gateway if you haven't already done so. Establishing a new fresh connection often helps.
if you are using a WiFi router as well it may benefit from a reboot.
