Are there any resources for getting assistance in my home with my laptop and phone to sync correctly and to help me with programs I don't need and getting all my photos in just 1 location vs in several places. I'm in Cedar Rapids, IA
Hey there. Sometimes you just need a second set of eyes to walk through stuff and get it all working right. What you are looking for is usually offered by computer repair shops or the Geek Squad. If you can take your laptop and phone to a BestBuy, the Geek Squad people are usually extremely helpful. I think they do house calls, too, but you would want to check out their website or call them to find out.
