Internet Promotion lies?
I was offered 1st month free on T-Mobile wifi. I followed instruction given by in house rep at my local T-Mobile via documentation. Led to $50 visa gift card that you can use to pay for your 1st month free or not. Entered the promo code and was told it would be 9-12 weeks. No hear. No sight. Checked on it and said promo code was invalid. Why though ????!!!!! False Advertisement!
Go to promotions.t-mobile.com and "check your submission status". I did this and my rebate was ready to use so I used it to pay my t-mobile bill.
Same thing happened to me One of the agents Gave me deceiving and misinformation. I called today and tried to get help and they told me there was nothing to do. I'm gonna make a complaint to bb. This is Ridiculous T-Mobile really needs to get it together.
