Pihole not possible?
I am trying to use pihole with this modem, model KVD21, but there is no option to log in anywhere even though there is a user ID and password on the modem itself. ¿Qué hago?
To manage the Arcadyan Gateway you have to download and use the T-Mobile home internet app from the respective phone store. There is no admin access via the web GUI anymore.
So you have Pihole in the conversation heading. Do you have the Pihole standing currently? If so maybe shut it down and give the mobile application another try.

I guess I don’t have enough details about the events taking place and the conditions present so not asking the right questions.
So I find it curious that the T-Mobile home internet app loads on my old Pixel phone that has no SIM and it works flawlessly with the phone and displays all the devices right away. It is as if the T-Mobile home internet application runs maybe best on a stock Android device like a Pixel phone. It pretty much fights me to function on the iPhone 12 Pro but just does everything right on the old Pixel. Go figure.
