Pretty sure they are throttling back

Pretty sure they are now throttling back on us every afternoon. Our service is terrible to begin with, by midafternoon at high use periods we drop to 3mbps or less. That's down from the lightning fast 40mbps we normally suffer with. We were sold 188mbps to 250mbps by the salesman. He was pretty much full of crap too. Albuquerque tech support said he would sort it out and get back to me, never did. Calling the 800 support lines is a total joke, you get Filipino's that can scarcely speak English and can't even read the Q and A manuals they are told to never deviate from.

  • if its already bad during non peak hours then its safe to say at peak hours you might as well hire a gerbil and wheel to get your speeds up.

     

    try contacting TMO through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter...contact them through their private message/direct message area and not on their main page.
